Update: We moved to Del Norte!

We had the pleasure of serving our community in Salida, CO for just over 18 years. After a few big name grocers moved into the area and the onset of COVID-19, we had to make a change.

We are set to open our Del Norte location in February of 2021. To get real-time updates on our new hours & operating policies, you can follow along on Facebook or Instagram.

We are so excited about this new space and can’t wait for you to see it. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Simple Foods, allow us to introduce ourselves —

Hi! We’re Laura and David Kephart. We started Simple Foods back in 2002 with one goal in mind: make natural and local, high quality food available to our community. 

We are a natural food store that offers fresh, locally-sourced and organic groceries. We also have a deli section where you can pick up on-the-go items like soup, salads, sandwiches, coffee, and ice cream.
